All services are subject to availability, project scope, timeline, and approval by The Signature Standard.
 

2.     Inquiries and Pricing
 

Submitting a request through our website does not create a confirmed order or service agreement. Pricing is provided based on the information shared with us, including experience level, quantity, customization, sourcing needs, delivery requirements, and timeline.  Quotes, proposals, and pricing estimates are valid only for the time period stated in the proposal. If no time period is stated, pricing may be subject to change based on product availability, vendor costs, shipping, labor, or project changes.
 

3.     Orders and Approvals
 

Orders are not confirmed until the required details, pricing, timeline, and payment terms have been approved by both parties.  Clients are responsible for reviewing all names, logos, brand details, delivery information, quantities, and custom selections before approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.
 

4.     Custom and Branded Items
 

Custom, personalized, branded, or special-order items may not be canceled, returned, or refunded once production, sourcing, or preparation has begun.  Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, names, trademarks, artwork, or brand materials provided to The Signature Standard.
 

5.     Payment Terms
 

Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or agreement. Depending on the project, payment may be required in full, by deposit, or according to an agreed payment schedule.

The Signature Standard reserves the right to pause or delay work if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.
 

6.     Cancellations and Changes
 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.  Approved cancellations may be subject to charges for work already completed, items already purchased, custom production, vendor commitments, shipping, administrative time, or other project-related costs.

Changes to an approved order may affect pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
 

7.     Delivery and Distribution
 

Delivery, shipping, onsite distribution, and placement services are subject to the scope agreed upon in writing. The Signature Standard is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, limited site access, weather, carrier delays, vendor delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.  Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, access instructions, and onsite contact information when applicable.
 

8.     Product Availability and Substitutions
 

Because many experiences include curated, seasonal, local, or vendor-sourced items, availability may vary.  The Signature Standard reserves the right to recommend or make substitutions of equal or greater quality when needed, while maintaining the overall intent and standard of the approved experience.
 

9.     Memberships and Recurring Services
 

Membership or recurring service terms, if applicable, will be provided separately or included in a written agreement.  Memberships may include specific pricing, benefits, timelines, minimums, renewal terms, or cancellation requirements.
 

10.  Website Content
 

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only.  We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing references, service descriptions, or availability details are complete, current, or error-free.
 

11.  Intellectual Property
 

All website content, copy, images, graphics, logos, brand elements, designs, and materials created by or for The Signature Standard are owned by The Signature Standard or used with permission.  They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.

Any materials provided by a client, including logos, artwork, names, brand guidelines, addresses, and project details, remain the responsibility of the client.  By providing these materials, the client grants The Signature Standard permission to use them as needed to provide the requested services.
 

13.  Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Signature Standard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.  Our total liability for any claim related to a project or service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
 

14.  Third-Party Vendors and Links
 

Our services may involve third-party vendors, makers, suppliers, carriers, or platforms.  We are not responsible for the actions, delays, errors, policies, or availability of third parties outside our control.  Our website may also include links to third-party websites.  We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.
